Among the candidates who apply for open positions, those whose resumes meet the position criteria are invited for an interview by the human resources department. After the interview, candidates who are evaluated according to the criteria of the organization are invited for a second interview with relevant department managers.
The recruitment process is completed when the candidate, who is found to be positive in terms of professional knowledge and experience by department managers, receives a job offer from human resources.
