In December 2019, Hayati Dönmez moved to Istanbul and worked at a hair transplant center and in private practice. In March 2022, he joined Anadolu Medical Center and Empclinics. After a brief stint at the private hospital, he started collaborating with Empclinics to provide solutions for dermatological conditions in patients starting from January 29, 2024.
